Telehealth Appointments Now Available

We understand that continued treatments are vital to reduce pain and restore maximum function. But due to the COVID-19 Pandemic and social distancing recommendations, it makes it difficult for some patients to start or continue a regular program in the clinic. With our Telehealth capabilities, we can provide continued therapy care to these patients.

Telehealth visits at Glades Injury Center are approximately 15 minutes to 45 minutes and will be conducted through a live HIPAA compliant video connection over the internet. This allows for virtual appointments without the need to come into the clinic. Patients need to be able to connect to our Telehealth providers via a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera and speakers. Telehealth visits are best in a room of your home that is private and has enough space for you to move around, sit on a chair, and to lay down on the floor while seeing your screen.

Most insurance plans are covering visits via Telehealth during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Telehealth visits for therapy are billed to your health insurance plan at the same rates, just like in-person appointments. We will verify your specific insurance coverage and review it with you before any Telehealth visits.

We are accepting patients who suffer from back, neck, extremity, joint, and muscle pain conditions.
